3797962 - Competency Trend Shows same Label for all Ratings in People Profile

• When creating or editing competency trend ratings for different years, the label shown in people profile is the same for all entries.
• The value defaults to a single label (for example, “F”) regardless of the selected rating.
• No error message is displayed.
• Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

1. Log in to the instance.
2. Open any employee’s profile.
3. Navigate to the Performance & Goals area and open the competency trend / rating section.
4. Create a new rating or edit an existing rating for a given year.
5. Observe that the displayed label is the same for all entries, defaulting to a single value.

1. A product fix is planned for the 2611 release.
2. Workaround for new items: enable the min-field setting in BCUI before creating new competency trend rating items; newly created items will not encounter the issue.
3. Limitation: existing rating items affected by this issue cannot be corrected to show the right label until the fix is delivered.
