Symptom

"Pending approval" filter is visible in Growth Portfolio even without a Workflow for approving the proficiency level changes configured in the system.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Growth Portfolio.
  2. Click skills or competencies.
  3. Open Categories filter dropdown list.
  4. Observe that Pending Approval filter is visible, while no Workflow for approving the proficiency level changes is configured in the system.

Cause

Resolution

The issue is planned to be fixed with the new 2H 2026 release upgrade:

- Preview systems: on October 12th 2026;

- Production systems: on November 13th 2026.
