3798005 - Release Of Enterprise Project Option Missing In My Inbox Multi-Select Option

Release of Enterprise Project option is not displayed in My Inbox multi-select.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the My Inbox app.
2. Click Multi-Select.
3. Observe that the Release of Enterprise Project option is not displayed.

The "Release of Enterprise Project" option in the My Inbox Multi Select dialog is displayed dynamically based on your active pending tasks. When at least one pending approval task of this type exists in the inbox, the option appears in the dialog. When zero pending tasks of this type exist, the option is not shown. This is standard system behavior not a product defect.

1. Open app F3215 Project Control - Enterprise Projects.
2. Check whether any projects currently show approval status "Release in Approval".
3. If no projects have status "Release in Approval", no My Inbox approval tasks are generated for this action and the option will not be shown.
4. Once at least one pending approval task of this type exists, the Release of Enterprise Project option will appear in My Inbox Multi-Select.
