3798108 - Upgrade stops with error in AS Java 7.5 SP 33 or higher in Undeploy phase

The SUM stops in step Undeploy Post-Undeployment Components.

In the SUM log TroubleTicket_X.txt the following is shown:

Undeployment finished with error. See log /SUM/sdt/log/SUM/deploy_api.X.log for details.
For more information, see the log file /SUM/sdt/log/SUM/POST-UNDEPLOY-COMPONENTS_XX.0.LOG.

In the deploy_api_X.log referenced above there is:

   - [Aborted] : sap.com_tc/jax-rs/primary, sap.com_tc/odata4j/primary, 

In the POST-UNDEPLOY-COMPONENTS_XX.0.LOG:

[Error ]: Undeployment of component sap.com/tc/jax-rs/primary aborted.
[Error ]: Undeployment of component sap.com/tc/odata4j/primary aborted.

Inside the Work directory, in log deploy.X.trc:

Component [tc~jax-rs~primary] does not exists
[EXCEPTION]
com.sap.engine.tools.offlinedeploy.rdb.ComponentNotDeployedException: Component [tc~jax-rs~primary] does not exists

...

Component [tc~odata4j~primary] does not exists
[EXCEPTION]
