When acting as a delegate user, if the delegate user is defined as a task observer, in the completion record is displayed the original observer instead the delegate one.

1. Assign a Task Checklist item to a user >
2. Select the Observer for the task checklist >
3. Act as a delegate for the observer >
4. Perform the task checklist >
5. Check the end user learning history, the Learning History shows the requested observer instead of the delegate who performed the observation.

The system is working as designed.

The Learning History “Last Updated User” field reflects the e‑signature user, which is the requested observer, not the delegate who performed the task checklist observation.
