3798133 - OData API returns duplicate Background records while People Profile displays only one

Symptom

Multiple records from a Background object are returned via OData API for an employee, while its portlet in People Profile shows only one record.

The two records have same values in business key fields from the API, differing only in "bgOrderPos" field.
