Symptom

  • There is a need to know what documentation to follow and how to setup IPS for S/4 HANA Private Cloud Joule integration
  • It is necessary to configure the Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) to provision users and roles from SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud Edition to SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition, as part of the Joule integration setup
  • Roles are not provisioned to Work Zone
  • Joule not providing transactional or navigational response
