Symptom

  • Chart elements are not formatted correctly when viewing stories after the QRC3 – 2026 update.
  • Data labels on bars chart are not centered.
  • Legend labels overlap.
  • Clicking the chart or refreshing the story temporarily corrects the formatting.

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.15.5

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create or open a story that contains charts in SAP Analytics Cloud.
  2. Open the story in View or Presentation mode and observe that data labels are not centered and/or the legend overlaps.
  3. Click the chart or refresh the story; the chart then renders correctly.
