3798160 - Unable to Complete Partial Inspection Quantity After Performing Finish Results Recording

The Inspected Quantity field is filled with a partial quantity in Production Check Task XYZ. After performing Finish Results Recording, the Inspected Quantity field and Finish Results Recording button become disabled, preventing further Inspection quantities from being entered.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Production Control Workcenter.
2. Go to Task Control view.
3. Search for Check Task ID XYZ.
4. Choose Confirm.
5. Under Inspection tab, Inspected Quantity is filled with a partial quantity.
6. Choose Finish Results Recording.
7. The Inspected Quantity field and Finish Results Recording button is disabled.

(XYZ represents Production Check Task)

• Once Finish Results Recording is executed, the Inspection is considered completed and the fields under Inspection tab becomes read-only.
• Therefore additional Inspection quantities cannot be recorded after executing Finish Results Recording.

This is the standard system behavior.
