3798170 - Unable to filter Uncategorized documents in Manage Documents

• Users asked for a list of all documents currently under “Uncategorized” in Document Storage.
• Manage Documents does not provide an Advanced Filter specifically for “Uncategorized” documents.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Open Manage Documents in the admin center.
2. Open Advanced Filters and review available filter options.
3. Observe there is no specific filter to return only “Uncategorized” documents.

We have confirmed with the Product team that the Manage Documents admin page does not currently provide an option within Advanced Filters to specifically filter for uncategorized documents.

As a workaround, you can identify uncategorized documents by:

1. Opening the Manage Documents page.
2. Navigating to View Settings.
   
   
   
3. Sorting the document list by Ascending order and Document Category.
   
   
   
   
4. When sorted this way, documents without an assigned category will appear at the top of the list, making them easier to locate and manage.
   

At this time, this is the recommended method for finding uncategorized documents within the application.
