3798194 - F1511A – Assess Priority Button Greyed Out in Create Maintenance Request

Symptom

In app Create Maintenance Request (App ID: F1511A), the Assess Priority button is greyed out and cannot be clicked.

The user expects to open the Event Prioritization dialog to assess and assign a maintenance priority, but the button remains disabled as long as no Technical Object has been entered in the notification.
