3798216 - CF Login from BAS redirects to default identity provider instead of Custom Identity Provider

When accessing SAP BTP services such as SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), Cloud Foundry, Job Scheduler, and other platform services, the authentication flow is redirected to the default SAP Identity Provider instead of the configured Custom Identity Provider, where their SSO authentication is set up.
