- When logging into the SuccessFactors Mobile app on a device running an older app version, an upgrade prompt "New Version Available" appears in English.
- The device OS language and the app language are set to Japanese/Chinese or any language other than English, but the upgrade message is not localized and remains in English.
- The issue occurs at login on devices where the mobile app is not the latest version.
