3798239 - Offboarding Custom task cards disappearing for offboardee's home page when the custom task becomes overdue

• A offboarding custom task card previously shown under For You Today disappears before the task is completed.
• Offboarding Custom task cards disappeared when overdue even tasks are marked as required .
• The task remains open and assigned and visible on the dashboard with status "Not Started", but is not visible on the home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in as a user who has active custom offboarding tasks assigned.
2. Navigate to For You Today and confirm the card is visible while the task is in schedule.
3. Allow the task to pass its configured due date and wait one additional day.
4. Return to the home page and observe the custom offboarding task card is no longer displayed, although the task remains open and assigned.

By current design, the home page card for a custom offboarding task is deleted one day after the task due date.

The engineering team has acknowledged and worked on this enhancement request.

However, at this time, there is no definitive timeline available for when this enhancement will be fully implemented.

As a result, the feature currently has certain limitations.

Workaround:

Set the due date closer to the employee's termination date to ensure the user has enough time to complete the task.
