3798244 - Internal Message Key Displayed for Invalid Termination Date in Add Contingent Worker

• On the Add Contingent Worker hire screen, a technical message key is displayed instead of a translated validation message when the termination date is earlier than the hire date.
• The displayed text is: ???EMPFILE_HRIS_CWK_TERMINATION_DATE_BEFORE_HIRE_DATE_ERROR???
• The issue is specific to the Add Contingent Worker screen and not related to the Work Order screen.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Contingent Workforce

1. Navigate to Add Contingent Worker and start creating a new contingent worker.
2. Enter the required information (for example, first name and last name).
3. Enter a termination date that is earlier than the hire date (for example, hire date 25-Aug-2026, termination date 20-Aug-2026).
4. Select Continue.
5. Observe that the system shows the technical key ???EMPFILE_HRIS_CWK_TERMINATION_DATE_BEFORE_HIRE_DATE_ERROR??? instead of a translated error message.

Our engineering team has confirmed that this is product defect.

1. This is a product defect where the corresponding message is missing from the message bundle.
2. A code correction is planned to add the missing message so that a localized, user-friendly error displays.
3. Currently there is no workaround for this issue.
