3798296 - I keep receiving repeated notifications for a questionnaire even after completing it

Symptom

I keep receiving notifications for a questionnaire activity item, even though I have already completed a questionnaire for the same work order.

This occurs when a work order has a very short period (for example, the start date and end date are the same day). In this case, two separate activity items are triggered in close succession:

  • One questionnaire due on worker start
  • One questionnaire due on worker close

Completing the first questionnaire does not stop notifications for the second questionnaire.
