3798332 - Goods Receipt for Production Order Not Possible

Symptom

After posting a confirmation for a production order, it is no longer possible to post a goods receipt via T-Code CO15 or T-Code MIGO (movement type 101). The system either displays an error indicating the order is delivery-completed, blocks the GR without a clear error, rejects the GR because the quantity exceeds the over-delivery tolerance (UEBTO), or blocks the GR because the order is in TECO status.
