3798360 - Cannot Edit KPIs; Message “Executive KPIs Can’t Be Edited Here”

Symptom

  • Attempting to edit KPIs in the admin KPIs section is not possible.
  • Clicking Edit shows the message: "Executive KPIs can't be edited here."
  • The same message appears even for some KPIs that are not placed on the executive dashboard.
