Symptom

When creating a billing document via BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CREATEMULTIPLE, the exchange rate value passed in BILLINGDATAIN-EXCHANGE_RATE is not applied to the billing header field VBRK-KURRF — the system determines the rate via READ_EXCHANGE_RATE instead.
