3798386 - Clarification Cases Not Displayed in PDOC and Measurement Concept Instance Due to Missing /APE/PROC_LINK Assignment

Symptom

Clarification cases (EMMA, category CM20) are created successfully and contain a valid reference to the corresponding Process Document (PDOC).

However, the clarification cases are not displayed:

in the Process Document (PDOC)
in the Measurement Concept Instance under "Clarification Cases"

Navigation from transaction EMMAC2 to the Process Document is possible, but the clarification case is missing from the dependent views.

Additionally, no corresponding linkage entry exists in table /APE/PROC_LINK.
