5. Observe that the related Graph shows 0 (no data) on the same day

This is expected behavior due to asynchronous scheduling:
The data download (ingestion) job and the data refresh (report/model refresh) job run on separate schedules.

Engineering confirmed that this delay is expected as data visibility depends on the refresh cycles, not just the download completion. 

Even if data is received on a given day, it will only be visible in Analytics Graph after a refresh cycle that picks up the already-downloaded data.
Depending on schedule alignment and execution order, this can introduce up to 48 hours (or two refresh cycles) delay before data appears in Analytics Graphs.
