3798428 - Solution Order Progress View does not Display Credit Memo Request and Credit Memo for Subscription Items in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

After creating a Credit Memo Request and Credit Memo against an invoice generated for a Subscription Billing Item, the related Credit Memo Request and Credit Memo documents are not displayed in the View Progress diagram of the corresponding Solution Order.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open "Manage Solution Order" App
2. Create a Solution order with Subscription Billing Item
3. Complete Solution order and Release to create Subscription document
4. Create a BDR from SAP Subscription Billing
5. Release and Create Invoice for BDR
6. Next Create Credit Memo Request against Invoice
7. Return back to Solution Order document
8. Click "View Progress"
9. You cannot see Credit Memo request and Credit Memo created in this flow.

Current system design.

1. In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the Solution Order Progress view for subscription items displays the document flow as: Solution Order → Subscription Billing → Billing Document Request → Invoice → Journal Entry.
   
2. Credit Memo Request and Credit Memo documents are not displayed in the Progress view for subscription items by design.
   
3. This is the current intended system behavior.
