3798455 - Process Fails in Step 0130 When DEVICE_SNAPSHOT Is Missing in APEU_B_MCM_TMD_PROCESS

Symptom

During execution of process APEU_B_MCM_TMD_PROCESS, step 0130 - MCM_TRIGGER_DEVICE_INST_PROCESS, the process terminates with a runtime error because section DEVICE_SNAPSHOT is missing.

The following dump/error can occur:

  • CX_SY_ITAB_LINE_NOT_FOUND
  • Runtime error in ZMKV_CL_CHK_MCM_PROCESS

When the process is reversed and reprocessed, the DEVICE_SNAPSHOT section becomes available and the process completes successfully.
