3798492 - Filtering is restricted in the Application log Fiori app F1487 post S/4HANA upgrade

Symptom

  • In the Fiori Application Log (F1487), filtering is not working as expected, the Category tab shows only one category.
  • In the “Application Log Message” app before the upgrade multiple categories are visible.
  • Issue observed after upgrade to S/4HANA 2025
