3798540 - Screen Reader Announces "Is Active" for Unselected Goal Checkboxes When Linking Goal to an Activity

Symptom

When linking a goal to an activity using a screen reader, unselected goal checkboxes include an "Is active" announcement.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management
  • SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SuccessFactors with a screen reader
  2. In the upper left corner, select the hamburger menu > Continuous Performance
  3. Select Create Activity
  4. Navigate to Performance Goals and select Link
  5. Select a goal plan
  6. Tab to an unselected goal checkbox
  7. The checkbox is announced as "[goal name] Is Active Not Selected"

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.
