3798548 - Recipient Determination Sales Team of Opportunity – Added Party does not work correctly for workflow

Party added in involved party triggers workflow with Recipient Determination Sales Team of Opportunity – Added Party which is not expected.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales Work Center View
2. Go to opportunities
3. Open an opportunity
4. Go to Involved parties facet
5. Add custom party role with employee
6. Observe that workflow is triggered and mail is sent to the added party

• The “Sales Team of Opportunity – Added Party” recipient determination notifies employees who are newly added. Its purpose is to ensure they receive a concise summary of the ongoing sales cycle and can collaborate effectively with the rest of the team.
• The scope is strictly internal. External parties, such as customers, are intentionally excluded because internal sales arrangements are not relevant to them.
• The system does not distinguish between the Sales Team facet and the Involved Parties facet when evaluating this condition. What matters is that the added party is an internal employee.

This is the expected system behavior.
