Symptom

  • Standard models SAC_PERFORMANCE_E2E and SAC_USER_FRIENDLY_PERF_ACTION retain less history than expected (for example, 5–10 days instead of ~30 days).
  • The available history window appears to shrink over time when reviewing the Session Date in stories or in the Performance Analysis Tool.
  • No error messages are displayed.
