3798567 - Internal applicant fields missing in Latest Application Workbench Summary columns - Recruiting Management

Some column values are missing for the internal candidate in the latest application workbench summary page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Have an internal candidate apply to a job via the internal career site.
2. Confirm on the application page that the fields contain values.
3. Open the latest application workbench and check the applicant list: the corresponding columns are blank even if the values are present in the workbench.

A defect in the application processing logic caused custom field values to be overwritten with blank data during the initial application submission. This resulted in the summary columns appearing empty even though the data existed in the system.

A code fix has been applied to ensure custom field values are correctly captured and displayed in the Application Workbench summary columns at the time of application submission. No data loss has occurred — the underlying application data was always saved correctly.

The issue will be fixed in 2H 2026 release.

NOTE : After the fix is deployed, newly submitted internal applications will show the correct field values in the summary columns without requiring any manual intervention.  The old one will still have the issue unfortunately.
