3798579 - Code list restriction for opportunity lacks notetype (notes) option

• When creating a code list restriction (CLR) for the Visit entity, it is possible to select Code to Restrict "notes/noteType (Note Type)".
• When attempting the same for the Opportunity entity, there is no field for Code to Restrict for NoteType.
