3798612 - Missing inspection plan is indicated in QP07

Symptom

In transaction QP07, it is displayed that no inspection plan is available for the goods receipt of a purchase order item.

However, in transaction QP03, it is visible that there is an inspection plan for the affected material - plant combination.
