If skills are associated with a Udemy Item in Learning Management System(LMS), and the content metadata is later updated on the Udemy side and synchronized via OCN APM:

• Will the existing Item in Learning be overwritten in such a way that the manually associated skills are removed?
• Or will the skill associations remain intact after the metadata synchronization?

Please find the rules of OCN origin vs Admin origin:

1. If attribute is associated by ADMIN
   1. OCN cannot update/delete it
2. If attribute is created/updated by OCN
   1. OCN can update/delete it
3. If attribute is created by OCN and admin updated it (rating)
   1. OCN cannot update it
   2. OCN can remove it
4. Admin can remove the association irrespective of the origin
