• Create Sales Orders - AI-Assisted Extraction - 7ED & 7TC - premium

The functionality sales order creation is a base AI feature which uses the Create Sales Orders - Automatic Extraction app. To use this functionality, it is necessary to activate the Scope Item 4X9 and to configure the communication arrangement 1129.

If it is necessary to activate the scope item 4X9 to use only the base feature, follow the steps below:

1. Raise a BCP ticket on component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV, to request SAP to activate scope item 4X9.
2. After the scope item is activated, now it is necessary to configure and activate the Integration scenario SAP_COM_1129, to do that, the process for requesting the Integration scenario SAP_COM_1129 has transitioned to a self-service model via the SAP for Me portal.
