3798676 - Unwanted cloud platform image appears on SAC loading screen during sso redirect to SAC home page

• When accessing SAP Analytics Cloud homepage, a pixelated cloud platform image is shown on the loading screen while SSO is establishing.
• No error messages or error codes are shown.
• Other SAC tenants may not show this image on the loading screen

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

1. Navigate to the SAP Analytics Cloud homepage.
2. Observe the loading screen with "Cloud Platform" text in the background during SSO initialization.

The background image configured in the Identity Authentication Service (IAS) tenant branding loads briefly during the SAML SSO redirect; this image is not part of SAP Analytics Cloud.

1. Open the IAS administration console
2. Go to Applications & Resources → Tenant Settings → Customization.
3. Open the branding section (Logo/Branding) and locate the Background Image and Logo setting.
4. Replace the background image with the preferred image or remove it to show a plain loading page.
5. Save the changes and allow time for IAS branding cache to refresh, then test the SAC login flow again.
