3798678 - Manage Material Coverage (F0251A) — App Opens But Displays No Data

Symptom

The Fiori app "Manage Material Coverage" opens successfully in SAP Fiori Launchpad — the app title and shell are visible — but the content area remains completely blank and no material coverage data is displayed.

In the F12 developer tools shows that the OData request to PP_MRP_MANAGE_MATERIAL_SRV/$metadata returns HTTP 404 Not Found.
