Error message "Not migrated IAM App ZXXX cannot be assigned to migr. Business Catalog ZBC_XXX." occurs when assigning a custom IAM App to a custom Business Catalog in ABAP Development Tools.

As per the new IAM Role Migration Wizard, your ABAP Development Tools needs to be updated to the latest version.

Update ABAP Development Tools (ADT) in Eclipse to the latest version compatible with your SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition release. Completing the wizard will change the IAM App migration status to Migrated. Then the IAM App could be successfully assigned to the migrated Business Catalog.
