3798700 - Enhancement Requests for Recruiting and Core Stability Phase

• When I tried to create an enhancement request on Influence Portal for Recruiting I see a message saying that is not possible
• An enhancement request I was following was closed on the Influence Portal and is pointing out to SmartRecruiter
