3798745 - DRC Peru Statutory Reporting - Missing node or G/L account descriptions in PE_JOURNAL_LEDGER G/L Account Hierarchy output (050300)

When executing the Peru DRC Journal Ledger report (PE_JOURNAL_LEDGER) and opening the G/L Account Hierarchy file (SUNAT code 050300), descriptions are missing for one or more entries. The report may display a validation error:

"Value is not of the min. required length 1" for field GL_ACCOUNT_DESCRIPTION

The missing descriptions can affect two distinct types of entries:

• FSV intermediate nodes (SUNAT grouping levels, e.g. "01", "010", "0102") — descriptions for the hierarchy group nodes are blank
• G/L account (leaf) nodes — descriptions for specific G/L accounts at the lowest hierarchy level are blank

The issue may affect some FSVs but not others configured in the same reporting entity.
