3798747 - Why does the Purchasing Group name in my Contract Workspace not match the name in the exported Purchase Groups file?

Symptom

When I create a Contract Workspace for procurement and select an external system, in the External System Integration section, a Purchasing Group field appears.

When I select a Purchasing Group code, the name that displays is different from the name listed for that code in my exported Purchase Groups file. I need to understand why the name from the exported file is not being used.
