3798753 - CDS View Deadlock After Incorrect Implementation Order of Alphanumeric CNPJ SAP Notes (3710952 / 3710954)

Symptom

After implementing SAP Notes 3710952 and/or 3710954, one or more CDS Views cannot be activated. The system displays activation errors or deadlock-related messages in transaction SE11 or SNOTE.
This situation occurs when the SAP Notes in the Alphanumeric CNPJ implementation chain were applied in the wrong order, or when a subsequent note was implemented before its prerequisite notes were fully and correctly activated.
