3798771 - Missing Entries in 'Reason for Manual Time Event' Drop-Down Despite Being Configured

• Reason for Manual Time Event: Not All Configured Values Appear in the Drop-Down.

• SuccessFactors Time Tracking: Reason for Manual Time Event – Drop-Down List Incomplete or Missing Values.

• Product: SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
• Clock In/ Clock Out

1. Log in to SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Navigate to Admin Center → Manage Data.
3. In the Search field, select or search for "Reason for Manual Time Event".
4. Note all the values currently configured and active for this object.
5. Navigate to the Time Sheet.
6. Create a new Time Event.
7. Locate the "Reason for Manual Time Event" drop-down field.
8. Observe that the drop-down does not display all values that were configured.

OR

1. Go to Manage Clock In Clock Out.
2. Click on Create.
3. Create Time Event.
4. Observe that the drop-down does not display all values that were configured.

There is a limit of 200 entries set for the Reason field dropdown. This is part of the standard system design.

You are welcome to raise your idea on how we can enhance our sorting logic in time statement form by raising Influence Request as per KBA 2090228.
For enhancement of standard functionality, search, vote and comment on the existing Influence request so that Product Management can assess the requirement.
