3798776 - "COE0019 Entity User, Property secondManager is configured null J2Column" error when accessing candidate's Onboarding Dashboard page - Onboarding

Error message "COE0019 Entity User, Property secondManager is configured null J2Column" appears when accessing candidate's Onboarding Dashboard page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Onboarding dashboard.
2. Open the candidate's dashboard page.
3. Observe the error: "COE0019 Entity User, Property secondManager is configured null J2Column".

A newly added field second-manager was configured in jobinfo data model to use the jobRelType picklist, resulting in an invalid configuration.

1. Navigate to Manage Business Configuration
2. Locate the second-manager field under the jobInfo
3. Click Details
4. Remove the picklist jobRelType
5. Save the configuration
6. Retest and confirm the error no longer appears
