3798821 - Company field blank on performance management form despite UDF sync

• The standard Company field is synced and present in the UDF, but when mapped on the Performance Management form (for example, “Performance Management Form”), the Company value appears blank.
• An error was encountered when enabling Element Permissions for Employee Profile -> Standard -> company.
• The behavior occurs for all employees.
• After launching a new form, the Company field is visible but still shows no value.
• Other fields on the form populate as expected.

• Performance Management

1. Log in to the instance.
2. Launch a Performance Management form for a user.
3. Proxy as the user and open the form.
4. Observe that the “Company” field in the User Information section does not display a value.
5. Verify that other fields populate as expected.

• The affected Performance Management form template mapped the Company field to the standard Company field, while the instance stores the company/legal entity value in a custom field (for example, Custom15).
• Performance Management forms capture user information at the time of form creation and do not backfill values after configuration changes.

1. Edit the affected Performance Management form template XML and map the Company field in the Employee Information section to the custom field that holds the company/legal entity value (for example, Custom15).
2. Relaunch new Performance Management forms so they pick up the corrected mapping.
3. Recreate or re-sync any already-launched forms where Company is blank, as forms do not update these values automatically after changes.
4. If field visibility and permissions are already configured, no additional HRIS Sync or permission changes are required.
