Symptom

  • Application job for order-based planning finite heuristic fails at the heuristic step.
  • Error message: "Sorry, a program error occured. Please inform SAP support."
  • Unhandled AMDP execution error 129.
  • SQL Code 129 (ERR_TX_ROLLBACK): Transaction rolled back by an internal error.
  • Error stack indicates failure while reading consumed forecast package during demand preparation (READ_CONSUMED_FORECAST → READ_CONSUMED_FCST_PACKAGE).
  • HANA message may include: "Allocation failed; Reason: configured statement memory limit from workload class ... reached (SAP Note 3191224)."
