3798880 - “Process” parameter missing in output parameter determination - sap s/4hana cloud public edition

• In Output Parameter Determination for Handling Unit, the condition parameter "Process" (for automatic printing of HU labels) is not available in the decision table context.
• The Process column with options W1–W4 (WT creation/confirmation for source/destination handling unit) is not visible.
• Context Overview → Condition Parameters for object type Handling Unit does not list "Process"; only storage process and ProcessStepCompletedInd appear.
• No error message is shown.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Output Parameter Determination app for Handling Unit label printing.
2. Open the decision table context for the relevant determination step.
3. Observe that the Process column is not available and the W1–W4 options are missing.

The configuration option "WT Processing – Conditional Printing" under the activity “Control Automatic Printing of HU Labels for Processes” was not selected.

1. Open the configuration activity "Control Automatic Printing of HU Labels for Processes".
2. Select the option “WT Processing – Conditional Printing” and save.
3. Open the Output Parameter Determination app for Handling Unit.
4. Right‑click the relevant determination step and choose to refresh the condition parameters for the application.
5. Verify that the Process column is now visible and that processes W1–W4 can be maintained for HU label printing.
