3798894 - Forwarded Candidate information text is not available in the new applicant workbench

Symptom

The Forward as Applicant disclaimer does not show on the Latest Workbench for Candidates, but it does when you switch back to the Legacy Workbench view. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Latest Workbench & highlight a Candidate
  2. Use the forward as applicant functionality to forward their application to another Job Req
  3. Navigate to the forwarded Requisition where the application was sent
  4. On the Legacy Workbench view, you can see that the Candidate was forwarded. The icon showing the forward as applicant functionality was used, shows.
  5. When you switch to the Latest Workbench view for the same application, no such disclaimer shows.

Cause

Engineering have identified this as a defect.

Resolution

The engineering team will be delivering a code fix for this issue during the 2h 2026 Release. 

The Release Dates are as follows:

Preview: 12th of October 2026
Production: 13th of November 2026
