3798934 - Goal rating 0 appears as dash in performance forms - Latest Form Experience

Symptom

When goal rating is calculated with Metric Lookup Table, rating 0 in Latest Form Experience appears as dash (-). With Legacy Performance Management same goal rating appears as 0 as expected. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 2H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable Latest Performance Experience
  2. Open a performance form where rating in goal section is calculated via goal's Metric Lookup Table
  3. When rating is 0, the rating appears as dash 
  4. Disable Latest Form Experience and reopen same form
  5. Same rating appears as 0

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
