3799007 - Error "Maintain Sales Office for the Thailand Intercompany Process" (GLO_LOG_TH 000) When Creating Thailand Intercompany Sales Orders

• While creating a "Thailand Intercompany Sales Order", the error message "Maintain Sales Office for the Thailand Intercompany Process" (GLO_LOG_TH 000) is displayed.
• The sales order cannot be saved until the required "Sales Office" is maintained.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Starting with the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608 release, the "Sales Office" field has become mandatory for "Thailand Intercompany Sales Orders".

For Thailand domestic intercompany transactions, the "Sales Office" must be maintained in the corresponding "Business Partner Master Data" before creating the sales order.

If the "Sales Office" is not maintained in the "Business Partner Master Data", the error message "Maintain Sales Office for the Thailand Intercompany Process" (GLO_LOG_TH 000), and the sales order cannot be saved.

Maintain the required "Sales Office" value in the "Business Partner Master Data" and then create the Thailand domestic intercompany sales order again.
