3799100 - PY-NL: original hire date not retained for article 7:662 transfer and awf low rate not retained after transfer

• When a legal person transfer should be treated under Article 7:662 (transfer of undertaking), the original hire date from the previous legal person is not retained; the transfer date is used instead.
• After a legal person transfer, if the employee is terminated within 2 months, the AWF low contribution rate is not retained.
• An error is generated in the payroll log.
