3799122 - 'Identity' Section (Hire Date, Company, Event Reason) Editability On Hire Pages - Employee Central

On the Hire pages (e.g. 'Add New Employee', 'Add Contingent Worker'), there is a section called 'Identity' which contains the 'Hire Date', 'Company' and 'Event Reason' fields (and, in the case a custom hire template is used, the 'Template' field also shows here).

When hiring with the Standard/default template on the Hire wizard pages, the 'Identity Information' section fields are editable - however, when using the custom templates, the fields are not editable.

This is a known difference in the behaviour of the section between the standard template and custom template. This is currently expected behaviour.
