3799228 - cannot close acm contract; status change blocked with 'contract already approved'

Symptom

  • Unable to change trading contract header status from Approved to Closed after full quantity consumption and cancellation settlement.
  • Contract quantity is fully consumed via settlement/billing and the remaining quantity is canceled and settled, but status cannot be closed.
  • Error message: "Not possible to change Status. Contract already Approved."
